Choconut CookiesMonica whipped up a batch of these fluffy, moist cookies — and the family devoured them before we had a chance to save any for tomorrow. Tasty mix of chocolate and coconut, sure to please.

  • 1/2 C white sugar
  • 1/2 C light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1 T milk
  • 2-1/4 C all-purpose flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 t salt

  4. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and coconut. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.
